Shipping & Delivery
New For Baby ships your domestic order (within the continental US) via UPS Ground. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. (PST) are processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships (generally within 2 business days). UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.
Standard Domestic orders are typically delivered in approximately 7 business days, depending how far away you live from our wonderful little Happy Valley, Oregon.
Express Domestic orders are typically delivered in 3 business days via UPS 3 Day Select.
Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are charged a $15 surchage and are typically delivered in 10-14 business days via USPS Global Priority.
If you need something FAST, call us at 866-447-6392 or email customerservice@newforbaby.com, and we’ll try to make it happen! It’ll cost more, but if the mom-to-be’s water breaks and you need something now, let us know!
