New For Baby ships your domestic order (within the continental U.S.) via UPS Ground (we find them to be reliable and quite nice). Orders received after 1 p.m. (PST) are processed the following business day. You’ll receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order ships (generally within two business days). UPS will decide if the package will be left at the door or if a signature is required.
Standard domestic orders are typically delivered in approximately seven business days, depending how far you live from our wonderful little Happy Valley, Oregon. If you need more specifics, shoot us an e-mail at customerservice@newforbaby.com with your location, and we’ll be able to tell you when your order would arrive.
Express domestic orders are typically delivered in three business days via UPS 3 Day Select (watch out for the weekend).
Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are charged a $15 surcharge and are typically delivered in 10-14 business days via USPS Global Priority. If you are in Hawaii, we might want to hand deliver and stay awhile.
If you need something FAST, call us at 866-447-6392 or e-mail customerservice@newforbaby.com, and we’ll try to make it happen. It’ll cost more, but if the mom-to-be’s water breaks and you need something now, let us know.
