We want you to be happy. Had a change of heart? You can return any unused and unwashed merchandise for a full refund. Washed it, used it, and something seems wrong? E-mail us at customerservice@newforbaby.com and we’ll replace or refund your order.

Exchange Policy

If you’re not loving the color you picked, or if your baby has grown like a weed, we are happy to exchange your stuff. E-mail us at customerservice@newforbaby.com so we can be on the lookout for your package. You might want to insure it, since we can’t be responsible for it until it gets here.
